The Cardiology RN is expected to demonstrate leadership in delivering and improving holistic care through collaborative strategies with others. The Cardiology RN reports directly to the Nurse Manager and Assistant Nurse Manager, Specialty Medicine, or designee, who has direct control over work assignments and leave approval. The Cardiology RN is expected to work independently within their scope of practice, according to policies, training, and acceptance VA practice.
