GS-04: The incumbent ia a member of a team of physicians and technical personnel, who treat patients with heart disease, and arrhythmias. Patients are bother ambulatory and non-ambulatory, in-patients and out-patients. The incumbent of this position shall function as the EKG Technician in the Cardiology Dept. The incumbent will report directly to the Cardiology Supervisor. Responsible for the operation of all recording monitors and computers as well as technical duties and patient care duties. Major Duties GS-04: Duties include, but are not limited to: Supports physicians or medical professionals in using diagnostic instruments, equipment and accessories. Performs Electrocardiograms. Processes and edits all studies or other recording media as assigned. Maintains the information center MUS
