Northwell Health’s Department of Cardiology is seeking a dynamic fellowship-trained heart failure cardiologist to serve as the Director of Heart Failure to the highly skilled cardiac team at Staten Island University Hospital conveniently located in Staten Island, New York. Northwell Health’s Department of Cardiology has seen tremendous growth over the past several years within Staten Island, Long Island, New York City, and Westchester, with the goal of providing comprehensive, integrated health care and wellness services.
The ideal candidate must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and Advanced Heart Failure. The Advanced Heart Failure program at Northwell Health is a multi-disciplinary team including heart failure cardiologists and surgeons, trainees, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses, as well as pharmacy, behavioral health, social work, and nutritional services. This is a full-time, academic position with vast clinical, research, and teaching opportunities.
