OverviewThe Respiratory Therapist Lead is responsible for the clinical and technical supervision of the Adult Respiratory Care staff. The Team Leader will ensure effective daily operation over area of responsibility. The Team Leader will continue to encompass responsibility for administering respiratory care under a physician's order including, but not limited to, all types of oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, intubation, arterial puncture and analysis, and mechanical ventilation of adult/pediatric/neonatal patients. The Team Leader plans, implements, and evaluates the effectiveness of therapy.
