Flexible shifts (12-13 hrs or 8 hours)  Full Time (40 hrs/week) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistants can apply The Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant performs the role utilizing the patient-centered coordinated care model demonstrated through the following competencies: leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision making.
