Summary: The Cardiac Physician Assistant functions to support the practice of the attending surgeons in the management of the Pre-Operative and Post-Operative patient in all areas of Cardiovascular Care including but not limited to the CVICU, Cardiac Surgery step down unit and cardiovascular clinic.
