Coordinator ED RN Flow
SUMMARY: SUMMARY:Under the direction of the Director-Nursing, the Emergency Department RN Flow Coordinator works in a multidimensional setting. Emergency nursing practice involves the assessment, analysis, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation of intervention.Shas primary responsibility for the coordination and flow of ED activities. The ED RN Flow Coordinator ensures that quality patient care is provided, and throughput is expedited EXPERIENCE: Previous Emergency Department experience or one-year critical care experience. SPECIAL SKILLS: Basic EKG; Hazmat within 1 year of hire; Incident Command training (ICS 100, 200, and 700) within 6 months of hire.Experienced nurses must have ACLS upon hire, graduate nurses and nurses new to Critical Care must attain ACLS
