To provide patient assessment, patient education and rehabilitative services to patients in the Cardiac Rehabilitative program. Responsibilities: Performs a thorough and ongoing nursing assessment. Identifies and prioritizes current and potential problems. Re-evaluates problems as needed. Develops appropriate intervention and desired outcomes for all identified problems.
