Multicredentialed Sonographer
JOB SUMMARYThe Multi-modality Sonographer performs any combination of basic to advanced ultrasound services and procedures for patients, which may include:? abdominal, Ob/Gyn, cardiac, vascular, musculoskeletal and small parts.? This position analyzes the patient?s clinical history in order to identify the purpose of the examination, frames the clinical questions that the examination is intended to answer and expands the examination as necessary to answer clinical questions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLEPerforms multiple modality ultrasound procedures utilizing a variety of equipment and techniques and makes the necessary measurements required for the interpretation to obtain accurate, high quality results.
