Nemours Children's Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider Manager to join our Cardiac Critical Care Team in Wilmington, Delaware! The Advanced Practice Provider Manager is responsible for providing leadership for a team of Advanced Practice Providers and provides direct/indirect care to patients and their families within the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. The Advanced Practice Provider Manager is also responsible for the following:Acts as a resource, role model, and clinical leader for the patient care teamResponsible for planning, development, and utilization of human and material resources to meet departmental needsMentors and develops staffParticipates in departmental and hospital programs for continuous improvement
