JOB SUMMARYDirector of Trauma and Emergency General Surgery (EGS) Programs is responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring of the clinical services and operations of the trauma centers of Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH). Oversees and coordinates activities for one or more BSWH designated trauma centers and ensures the specific designation requirements are met, which may include regulatory compliance, trauma center registry and verification, injury prevention, improvement initiatives, trauma clinical training, and trauma center promotion and communications.
