This position is responsible for providing leadership to assigned departmental Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN) and Physician Assistants (PA) ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The manger will be responsible for overseeing the competency, professional development, and education of the Advanced Practice Providers, aligning these efforts with the departments quality initiatives and goals.
