The selected candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and administrative oversight for our team of APCs across multiple sites, including Christiana and Wilmington. The Lead APC will provide 75% clinical care and 25% administrative oversight. With more than 2,000 primary heart failure discharges per year, you will have every opportunity to make a significant impact on the outcomes of our heart failure population.
