Time Critical Diagnosis (TCD) Program Manager
SUMMARY: SUMMARY: The Time Critical Diagnosis (TCD) Program Manager works both independently and in collaboration with physicians, clinicians, and the leadership team to pursue and maintain program accreditation standards. The TCD Program Manager will be self-directed and self-motivated to plan and conduct work with minimal direction, reporting to the Director Quality Improvement and Care Continuum. Primary responsibility is coordination of the Comprehensive Cardiac and Stroke TCD Program, which includes the development, maintenance, and growth of the program. Responsibilities include tracking quality measures, patient outcomes utilizing registry data/reports, and monitoring of patient/family satisfaction.
