Job SummaryGeisinger is proud to offer a $10k hiring incentive for eligible new hires in this role.Job DutiesThe RN in Placement Services coordinates patient flow and inpatient capacity management in coordination with physicians and procedural units and inpatient nursing units. Ensures compliance with the directives, policies, applicable laws and regulations.This role is full-time, 36 hours weekly, days and evenings, 12-hour shifts. This means a flexible weekly schedule! This role will support both our GCMC and GWV campuses. Shift differential applies when applicable. At least three (3) years of RN work experience is required. $10k hiring incentive for eligible RN candidates.
