5CN is an Acute Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit providing complex care to primarily Cardiology and Cardiothoracic patients; located at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee. Milwaukee is located in southeastern Wisconsin, 90 minutes from Chicago, IL and Madison, WI.
