JOB SUMMARYThe Multispecialty Sonographer performs any combination of basic to advanced ultrasound services and procedures for patients, which may include: abdominal, Ob/Gyn, cardiac, vascular, musculoskeletal and small parts. This position examines the patient?s clinical history to identify the purpose of the examination, frames the clinical questions that the examination is intended to answer and expands the examination as necessary to answer relevant clinical questions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLEPerforms multiple specialty ultrasound procedures utilizing a variety of equipment and techniques and makes the necessary measurements required for the interpretation to yield accurate and high-quality results.I
