JOB SUMMARY: The Heart Failure Specialist will assist the Medical Director with the Heart Failure Program in the Lee Health System. The Heart Failure Specialist, in collaboration with the Heart Failure Medical Director, Lead Heart Failure Program Coordinator and the Medical Director of Heart and Vascular Institute, will provide leadership and strategic direction for the Heart Failure Program. The Heart Failure Specialist is responsible for assisting the Heart Failure Medical Director, Lead Heart Failure Program Coordinator, and Medical Director of Heart and Vascular Institute in the accomplishment of the organizations mission and vision.
