You will promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act, and demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values. *10% PRN differential differential applies! *What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * Minimum of five shifts of availabiity within a six-week scheduling period required. * RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact, * Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred* BLS from the American Heart Association required* ACLS from the American Heart Association required within six months of hire or transfer* CCRN preferred* *Cath Lab RN experience required** Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialtyPhysical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen. Acute care is at the heart of what we do. St. Catherine Hospital - Dodge City provides health services that include diagnostics and interventional cardiology and cardiac rehabilitation. We combine patient-centered care with modern technology and medical expertise to treat a wide range of medical conditions.  The Cardiac Cath Lab at St. Catherine Hospital is a lab that specializes in pacemakers, ICD's, IR procedures, and PICC lines. We provide adult care only, and the unit consists of three recovery bays with around seven-and-a-half procedures per week on average.
