Position has administrative responsibility for designated practices yet collaborates within an integrated healthcare delivery system. Customers include, but are not limited to, regional leadership, physicians, providers, practice management, and staff. External customers include patients, and their caretakers, regulatory bodies, vendors, and the community. This position also develops plans to identify and reach short and long-tem goals, assures development and compliance with operating capital, budgets and achievements of financial performance. The scope of this role includes practice management of an outpatient ambulatory site. Management includes multiple specialties, clinics, and providers. The clinic operations will report directly to this role, and this role will have direct supervisory and managerial functions of the clinic's practice. * Responsible for administration of business, financial and practice functions of the practice.* Has knowledge of community health concepts, principles of ambulatory clinical nursing care.* Assists with the development and maintenance of physician and community relations to further the delivery of Centura's healthcare services within the community.* Serves as a patient advocate as well as a role model for ethical management behavior and promotes an awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with the Mission and Values of Centura Health.* This position requires the skills and abilities to build collaborative relationships with physicians and other members of the management team to fulfill his/her accountabilities. * In addition, the incumbent serves as the liaison with each service line and joint venture within the clinic. Promotes the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.* A key role of this position is to build strong relationships with physicians and associates for Centura and to achieve high levels of patient and customer satisfaction.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * 3 years experience in a healthcare related field with at least two years in management experience* 3 years clinical background, preferably in a related specialty area* High School Diploma/GED required* Associate Degree Required* BSN Preferred; Bachelor in healthcare, business, or related field of study preferred* Current state RN license/ Current RN license from a participating state in National Licensure Compact* RNs Certification in Ambulatory Nursing through the AAACN, preferred* Basic life Support from the American Heart Association required* Entrepreneurial spirit and have the skills to lead a small business* Have a track record of meeting and exceeding key performance metricsPhysical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
