Responsible for direct leadership of technical associates and may include pre-analytic supervision as determined by site. Performs all levels of general 4testing within the analytical laboratory. Provides a high level of technical knowledge and application of that knowledge to testing and clinical relevance. Functions in a self-directed manner, and exhibits effective communication and advanced problem solving skills.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * 3 years of MLS, MT, or MLT work experience in the clinical laboratory.* Bachelor's degree in Biological Science or Equivalent required.* MLS with ASCP certification, or MT/MLT with ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification, or specialty ASCP certification in the assigned department.Schedule: Days, expected to cover benches on all 3 shifts when needed Light work - (Exert up to 20lbs force occasionally, and/or up to10lbs frequently)Minimum Pay:USD $35.85/Hr.Hiring Maximum Pay:USD $58.72/Hr.Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
