Health Technician (Emergency Department)
The position is at the full performance level located in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), at the San Diego VA Medical Center (V AMC) in the (Emergency Department). The primary purpose of the position is to perform routine clinical procedures and tasks for which he/she has been deemed competent that do not require the judgment of a licensed health care professional. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement. GS-05 grade level: One year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-04 grade level in the federal service); experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's) and other characteristics to perform successfully the duties
