This is an open and continuous announcement which will be used to fill the Physical Therapy (HBPC) position in Richmond, IN. The Home Based Primary Care Nurse (HBPC) is to provide comprehensive, interdisciplinary, primary care in the homes of veterans with complex medical, social, and behavioral conditions for whom routine clinic-based care is not effective.
