RWJBarnabas Health is seeking to employ a Lung Transplant Pulmonologist for full-time employment at the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ. Newark Beth Israel Medical Center is a major teaching hospital and part of the largest integrated health system in New Jersey. This is a unique opportunity to join an experienced lung transplant team engaging in multi-disciplinary in-patient rounds, selection committee meetings, and managing transplanted patients in an outpatient setting. This position allows for opportunities for career advancement.

The RWJBarnabas Health Advanced Lung Disease and Transplant Program at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center has performed over 100 lung transplants since 2008 including multi-organ transplants. As the only Lung Transplant program in the state of New Jersey, the advanced lung disease and transplant program is rapidly expanding.
Successful candidates will be:
ABIM board-certified in Pulmonary & Critical Care medicine with Lung Transplant and Advanced Lung Disease experience, fellowship training preferred
NJ licensed or eligible for NJ licensure
