JOB SUMMARY:
Our Pulmonary Respiratory Therapist is responsible for performing high-quality pulmonary and cardiopulmonary diagnostic testing necessary to improve patient outcomes. The individual selected for this position will play a critical role in performing diagnostic testing as well as providing expertise to students, providers, and other personnel who support practice site operations. In a patient-facing position, this individual will provide integral education and support to patients and their families to ensure a positive patient experience.
Our Pulmonary Respiratory Therapist will participate in research opportunities that incorporate pulmonary and cardiopulmonary diagnostic testing and will work with state-of-the-art equipment while collaborating with nationally recognized pulmonary providers. This important team member will have the opportunity to develop his or her skills in the field by contributing to the advancement of knowledge through research activities.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Respiratory Therapist who would like to expand upon his or her expertise while being exposed to a wide range of patient populations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree from an accredited CoARC respiratory therapist program with a minimum of one-year experience necessary and passage of RRT exam.
Must be legally credentialed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).
