The TCT Telehealth Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will function as a member of Ely Community Based Outpatient Clinic Team (CBOC). The part-time LPN serves as a patient site clinical coordinator and manager of telehealth services in the clinic. The incumbent is responsible for delivering patient care in a clinical setting and is guided in practice and requires intermittent supervision from the CBOC Clinic manager with collaboration to the Facility Tele-health Coordinator.
