Cath Lab Manager Fort Mill Medical Center Position Summary
The Nurse Manager of Cardiac Cath Lab is responsible for overseeing patient care, staff development and personnel activities for the Cath Lab Procedural Area. Assure appropriate nursing standards, processes, and protocols for these areas are followed. Assists the Director of C-V Services in developing strategic goals and objectives for the assigned departments; assists with budgeting and financial monitoring/reporting processes; oversees quality improvement and quality reporting processes.
THE CATH LAB MANAGER FORT MILL MEDICAL CENTER CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

1. Perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
2. Provide care utilizing the nursing process.
3. Communicate effectively.

Minimum Education: Graduate of an approved and accredited Nursing program (2-4 year program); Bachelor degree or actively pursuing (BSN preferred) or ARRT Certification.
Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 years experience in an acute care facility including at least 2 years experience in the specialty area is required. Management experience is required.
