RN Registered Nurse – Adult ICU - Penn State Health Holy Spirit
The AICU at Penn State Health - Holy Spirit is a 10 bed adult intensive care unit. Providing patient care for those who need medical, surgical and trauma critical care services. The unit specializes in neurosurgery, post tPA infusion for stroke and post cardiac arrest.
The RN Clinical Staff Leader is responsible for assisting in supervising nursing staff; for providing leadership and orientation to nursing personnel; and for performing a variety of nursing duties in order to coordinate the delivery of care to patients.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required 2-3 years RN experience in acute care setting Previous work experience in a supervisory, management or other healthcare leadership capacity Active RN Registered Nurse license in the state BLS required.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
