San Ramon Regional Medical Center began serving residents of the San Ramon Valley and its surrounding communities in 1990. Provides direct patient care to pediatric through geriatric patient populations. Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the perioperative environment. Communicates with surgeons and anesthesiologists continuously and as needed about patient condition. Assists with the maintenance of Operating Room (OR) equipment and inventory. Actively participates in continuous quality improvement activities. Supervises OR staff, assisting with staff scheduling.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
Minimum of two (2) years perioperative nursing experience Management experience preferred
Current Registered Nurse licensure
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) card
Certification in specialty preferred
