• Full Time Days

You Will Be Responsible For:  

• Investigate patient records to understand variances and provide timeline of events.
• Under direction of director and manager, collects, synthesizes and shares data trends with the interdisciplinary care team, driving process improvement strategies.
• Participates in deployment of acute nursing support strategies
• Coordinates campus metrics and demographics for benchmarking submissions.
• Coordinates annual review process of policy, SOP and education documents for nursing to ensure compliance with CMS regulations.

• Associate of Science in Nursing
• Current valid State of Florida or multi state license as a Registered Nurse 
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Preferred)

Under the direction of the leadership team, the Clinical Coordinator provides project coordination and analytic support to high priority clinical quality and safety initiatives to help meet organizational and departmental goals.  The Clinical Coordinator analyzes clinical data for process improvement opportunities that facilitate decision making processes.
