Physical Therapist Lymphedema Specialist Part time

Responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment of inpatients and outpatients with a wide variety of lymphedema related diagnoses utilizing specialized modalities and techniques in accordance with the Professional Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics as established by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), TENET, and Therapy Department Policies and Procedures. Collaborates with inter-disciplinary and inter-departmental teams to achieve goals and objectives for the provision of optimal patient care services. These services include structured treatment, program implementation, related documentation, and communication.
Qualifications: Minimum Education: Major: Physical Therapy - M.S, DPT.
Minimum Experience/Skills:
Minimum six (6) months of recent Physical Therapy.
Licenses/Certificates/Credentials:
Must possess and maintain throughout the duration of employment:
Current California P.T. License
Current Lymphedema Certification
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Provider issued by the American Heart Association
