San Ramon Regional Medical Center began serving residents of the San Ramon Valley and its surrounding communities in 1990. Located on a hillside overlooking the valley, we are a 123-bed, acute-care hospital, primary stroke center, and a cardiac heart surgery hospital. Responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment of inpatients and outpatients with a wide variety of diagnoses in accordance with the Professional Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics as established by American Speech, Language, Hearing, Association, (ASHA). Collaborates with inter-disciplinary and inter- departmental team to achieve goals and objectives for the provision of optimal patient care services. These services include structured treatment, program implementation, related documentation, and communication. Qualifications: Minimum Education: Graduate of an approved Speech Language/Pathology program. Minimum Experience/Skills: Must be able to follow instructions, work quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment Analytical and grammatical skills are necessary to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing Organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential; Must be fluent in spoken and written English; Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
